  2. We define your needs

    In a call, we explore the work to support, the sources to connect, the data involved and the metrics that need to be visible.

  3. We agree on the project

    We present the proposed configuration, define the data scope, access and controls, and confirm the start.

  4. We prepare Cromo for you

    We configure the agreed components for your use case, including just one of Brain, Workflow or Dashboard. Once the project is confirmed, Cromo is ready within 5 working days.

  5. We bring your team on board

    We show you how to use Cromo in daily work and guide your team through its first steps.

  6. Assess the impact for 30 days

    From onboarding, you have 30 days to use it in real work, understand its value and decide whether to continue.

Is the pilot program available to every company?

We assess each application based on the use case, expected value and available access. The free program is reserved for selected projects; we can also prepare a tailored proposal directly.

When do the 5 working days start?

They start when the project is confirmed, after we have agreed on the objective, data scope and required access.

How much does the pilot program cost?

For selected projects, the initial configuration and 30 days of use are free.

When does the 30-day trial start?

The trial starts with the onboarding call, once the configuration is ready and the team can begin using Cromo for the agreed process.

What happens after the 30 days?

You decide whether to continue. If you want to keep Cromo on the process or extend it, we prepare a tailored proposal for the scope and support you need.

Will the project become a case study?

We document the pilot journey and what changed during it. Any public case study will be shared only with your approval.
